I'm the owner and creator behind Chicory! I'm so happy and humbled that you're here! I'm a college student here in Columbia, Missouri, but more importantly, I'm the type of person who loves hot tea in the evenings, light streaming through windows and early mornings spent in the woods.

Chicory began with a very disorganized dream, and the ambition to encourage living an inspired life. It all started when I first started working at Plume, a local consignment shop in Columbia, Missouri. Being surrounded by all the wonderfully creative women at Plume, I knew that a business was somewhere in my near future. My first sale was in September of 2018, and the rest is history. There have been many ups and downs and learning moments, but I wouldn't trade it for anything. Chicory has been a God-given dream, and I am so beyond blessed to be able to fulfill it in His power. 

Why "Chicory?" Chicories are resilient and charming wildflowers. They can be found blossoming along roadsides all across the midwest. For me, they are a special reminder to add beauty to unloved places, and to venture often. I hope to encourage you to do the same with Chicory.
